More About Our Company

I went to The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition. I got involved in the fitness program there and began teaching various fitness classes and training students and faculty in 2006. Post graduation I got my first job as a trainer and fitness specialist at a Medical Fitness Center in Cincinnati called TriHealth Pavilion. After a short time I was promoted to Personal Training Coordinator. Around that time I also started Fat Fixer Personal Training and did both until I left Cincinnati in early 2013.

I made my way back up to Columbus and I currently work as a personal trainer at the Jewish Community Center and Columbus Fitness and Training. My work experience has allowed me to broaden my personal training spectrum. I have worked with a variety of people from the elite high school athlete to the severely obese to those with chronic health conditions. I enjoy working with diverse clientele and staying on the forefront of the trends of the fitness industry.
